HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Please click on the info packet below and read it over thoroughly! After that, contact me to choose your appointment date! I will then send you the link to pay the required $100 deposit to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered booked until the deposit is paid! The $100 will go towards the total price! It is important to understand that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Remember to bring your photo ID to your appointment!
